Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the SvrGuard software and related services (the "Service"). By downloading, installing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Service provider

The Service is provided by SvrGuard (ofuyuan.com, "we", "us"). Contact: support@ofuyuan.com.

2. What the Service includes

• Free tier: a no-cost license to use SvrGuard's core protection (detection, blocking, local console, email alerts) on a single host.
• Pro subscription: a paid annual subscription, priced per seat (managed hosts, 3-seat minimum), providing fleet management, online updates, threat intelligence and other advanced features. The authoritative feature split is the Pricing page.

3. License scope

We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software. You may not: resell, rent or sublicense it; reverse-engineer it (except where the law mandates otherwise); circumvent seat or licensing mechanisms; or use the Service for any unlawful purpose.

4. Accounts and seats

• You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and pairing codes, and for activity under your account.
• One host occupies one seat; reinstalling the same host does not consume an additional seat. After unbinding, each seat may be reassigned at most once within 30 days.
• Seats added mid-term are prorated for the remaining period; seat reductions take effect at the next renewal, with no refund for the current term.

5. Payment and renewal

Payments are processed by our reseller Lemon Squeezy (Merchant of Record), which handles billing, taxes and invoices. Subscriptions renew annually and automatically; you may cancel anytime in the subscription portal, and service continues to the end of the paid term. Refunds follow the Refund Policy.

6. Service changes and your data

• When a subscription expires or is cancelled, Pro features stop, but the software's core protection continues to work (fail-open by design).
• Event and block data on your host is stored on your host and belongs to you.

7. Disclaimer

The software is provided "as is". Security tooling meaningfully reduces risk, but no software can guarantee that every attack is blocked. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that it will prevent any particular intrusion. You remain responsible for reasonable practices: system updates, backups and sound configuration.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of or inability to use the Service. Our total liability is capped at the subscription fees you actually paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may revise these Terms; material changes will be announced on this site with an updated effective date. Continued use after an announcement constitutes acceptance.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan). Disputes shall be submitted to the Taipei District Court, Taiwan, as the court of first instance.
