We recommend starting with the Free tier to confirm SvrGuard fits your environment — core protection is complete, not a trial. If you subscribe to Pro and it still isn't right for you, here is how refunds work.
Within 14 days of your first Pro subscription, you get a full refund — no reason required.
Paddle returns the whole amount, tax included, from its own record. Nothing is deducted.
The guarantee belongs to the purchase: a renewal extends the same subscription and does not start a new guarantee period. Moving a subscription between hosts does not affect it either.
Past the 14-day window there is no refund. What applies then is cancelling auto-renewal, in the next section: the year you have already paid for runs to its end.
You can cancel auto-renewal at any time in the subscription portal. Cancelling is not a refund: service runs normally to the end of the paid term and simply is not charged again. A cancelled subscription stays on its host until it expires.
Every subscription costs US$59 and runs for a year from the day it is bought, with no proration, each with its own expiry date. A newly added one carries the same 14-day guarantee from section 1, counted from its own charge date.
Pick the subscription in the subscription portal; the page shows the refundable amount and submits only once you confirm. You can also email support@ofuyuan.com with your Paddle order number.
Refunds are returned via Paddle to the original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days. Once refunded, that subscription ends immediately and Pro features stop on its host — core protection (detection, blocking, unblocking, allowlisting and attack notifications) is unaffected.
