Refund Policy

We recommend starting with the Free tier to confirm SvrGuard fits your environment — core protection is complete, not a trial. If you subscribe to Pro and it still isn't right for you, here is how refunds work.

1. First subscription: 14-day guarantee

Within 14 days of your first Pro subscription, email us for a full refund — no reason required.

2. Automatic renewals

A renewal charge is fully refundable if requested within 14 days and Pro features were not used during that period (no agent heartbeats). To avoid unwanted renewals, you can cancel auto-renewal anytime in the subscription portal; service continues to the end of the paid term.

3. Mid-term seat additions

Seats added mid-term are prorated, immediate charges and are not refundable individually; seat reductions take effect at the next renewal.

4. Not eligible for refund

• Requests outside the windows above;
• Accounts terminated for violating the Terms of Service;
• The Free tier costs nothing, so no refund applies.

5. How to request one

Email support@ofuyuan.com with your order number (the Order ID on your Lemon Squeezy receipt). Refunds are returned via Lemon Squeezy to the original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days.
